Farm Overview:
Anabel Chavez is one of the producers in Santo Domingo Cacalotepec of whom all have very small and simple parcels of land without names. This coffee is a high quality micro-lot from this area.
These single producer lots are a result of significant effort on the part of Importer Raw Material, Red Beetle and Romulo’s family to incentivise and pay higher prices for the best quality deliveries from individual producers. This is possible through in-depth and direct feedback to producers for every sample received, providing physical and sensorial analysis of the sample.
This has been made possible through the benefit of a new cupping lab and sample roaster supported by Raw Material, Roasters and consumers who drink this deliciously tasting coffee.
