The Roastery

As a speciality coffee roaster, the beans are selected on the basis of quality, flavour and are sourced through traceable supply chains to allow positive social impact for the coffee smallholders.  The beans are roasted in small batches on a Probat roaster at our Granby Street coffee shop. As a micro roaster, we roast little and often to ensure that our coffee is always fresh and tastes great.

 

 Coffee is roasted to order and posted every day Monday to Friday via Royal Mail or available for pick up in store with a free coffee and chat!
