Leicester Coffee House Company is an award-winning independent speciality coffee shop based in Leicester City Centre. We are recruiting for an experienced barista to work on Saturdays in our Granby Street coffee shop.
This is an amazing opportunity for anyone who wants to further their career in the specialty coffee industry and also wants to make their mark in a quality led establishment.
We are looking for skilled Barista with great attention to detail, efficiency and cleanliness to join our small and friendly team. You will have at least 1 year experience in a similar environment, serving quality coffee drinks and providing an outstanding customer experience.
About you:

- Able to work under pressure in a fast-paced coffee shop
- Ability to support customers with their coffee choices
- Able to dial in shots and make beautiful latte art
- Punctual
- Ability to build relationships with colleagues and customers
- Excellent verbal communication skills
- Well organised and able to plan ahead
- Able to problem solve with sound judgement
- Good personal presentation and hygiene
