This washing station supports local farmers were they can bring their coffee cherrys to be sorted and processed. The station operates with a team of 5 permanent staff, including 2 women, and employs 80 to 100 seasonal workers during peak harvest times, with 70% of the workforce being women.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp class=\"tabs__paragraph\"\u003eCoffee cherries are collected from various points, while some farmers bring their produce on foot. With 20 collection points, Nyabumera facilitates the seamless gathering of coffee from the surrounding areas.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp class=\"tabs__paragraph\"\u003eThis year marks the first collaboration with the ATP program, bringing in organic fertiliers.
